Mục tiêu khóa học
- Khả năng giao tiếp thương mại nghe nói cơ bản A2.2
- Duy trì hội thoại ngắn với các chủ đề: giao nhận hàng, quảng cáo, bảo vệ môi trường, đón tiếp khách hàng, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc, vấn đề toàn cầu, quản lý thời gian, đào tạo và phát triển bản thân, mô tả công việc, cân bằng công việc - cuộc sống.
- Có khả năng: nói về quy trình giao nhận hàng, thảo luận điều khoản thanh toán, đưa ra và phản hồi đề nghị, quảng cáo, khó khăn, trở ngại, sự cần thiết và cấp phép, kiểm soát tranh luận trong các cuộc họp, bảo vệ môi trường, nói về sự hiếu khách và đón tiếp của công ty, nói về hiệu suất công việc, nói về các vấn đề toàn cầu, đưa ra dự đoán, dự báo, quản lý thời gian, hậu quả, deadlines, đào tạo và phát triển bản thân
Mô tả
Chương trình được thiết kế với 60 bài học từ vựng, ngữ pháp phục vụ cho kỹ năng nghe, nói trong giao tiếp trong công việc trình độ A2.2
Chương trình được biên soạn bởi bộ phận R&D trên nền tảng của giáo trình Oxford
Học viên có thể duy trì ở mức độ hội thoại ngắn về các chủ điểm sau:
1. Quy trình giao nhận hàng
2. Thảo luận điều khoản thanh toán
3. Đưa ra và phản hồi đề nghị
4. Quảng cáo
5. Khó khăn, trở ngại, sự cần thiết và cấp phép
